HK's speciality is its special purpose machines

HK deburring and brushing machines are predominantly special purpose machines which are planned in conjunction with capable machine manufacturers and are made to meet the individual requirements of our customers. They are primarily to be found in the metal working industry, both at home and abroad.

Rotary head deburring machine typ EM3-ZSB

The rotary head deburring machine is designed specifically for the economical, process reliable de-burring of separation and cut edges, for instance in square and profiled materials made of steel, VA, non-ferrous metals or plastic.

The machine operates with a brush array, optionally fitted with wire or nylon abrasive filaments, comprised of several individual discs. This design allows the ideal brush width to be selected for any material dimension in continuous operation.
The rotation head allows material dimensions in Ø of 10 – 200 mm, square profiles of max. 140 x 140 mm and rectangular profiles with a maximum edge length of 170 x 100 mm to be deburred in a single clamping operation.

The minimum length should be 75 mm.
For greater edge lengths, an optional clamping unit is available. This clamping unit makes it possible to arrange the rotary head for horizontal oscillation at the workpiece, allowing profiles of up to 400 x 200 mm to be machined in a single clamping operation.

Profile deburring machine type EM2-H

The 2-spindle profile deburring machine is designed specifically for the economical, process reliable deburring of separation and cut edges, for instance with round material and profiles made of steel, VA, non-ferrous metals or plastic.

The machine works with two horizontally oscillating disc brushes operating in counter rotation. For the most popular applications, ANDERLON abrasive filaments are used. These are supplied as standard with the machine. Optionally, we also offer disc brushes with wire fill.

The special clamping and retaining fixture with feed wheel guarantees safe, effective working.

Manual deburring machine type EM1-H

Deburring machine for economical de-burring of round or square pipes and profiles made of steel, VA,
non-ferrous metals
or plastic.

The machine works using a disc brush with Anderlon abrasive filaments, optionally with wire fill.

The use of disc brushes helps to achieve a larger flat work surface than the previously known method using circular brushes.

With a footprint of just 760 x 505 mm, it fits ideally into even the smallest workshop.

Centreless deburring machine

Centreless deburring machines are ideal for the deburring of ground circular components, with or without leading edges. The machines come with a complete enclosure and can be used in wet or dry mode, as preferred. The results of the deburring process can be affected by the type of bristles selected. Depending on customers' requirements, a number of deburring units can be used in a row or with an opposing conveying system.

Automatic deburring machine

Deburring machine, complete with enclosure and vacuum extraction system for the deburring of gearwheels. It employs a cup-type grinder for the face side and a circular brush to deburr the tooth flanks, both operating simultaneously. The range of machines is designed to accommodate a variety of gearwheels. Each machine features an SPC system and, as a result, can be individually adapted to the requirements of your workpieces.

Small deburring machine

Special purpose machine with full enclosure for chamfering tooth flanks. Provision is made for a vacuum extraction system as an optional extra. The insertion and removal of the components are performed manually. The abrasive body can be adjusted by means of a handwheel.
