Disc brushes
Disc brushes are interesting HK products in many ways. As a rotating tool, they are used in industrial operations. Their quality is as reliable as the certainty that we can supply the right disc brush for your purposes, a claim we can guarantee through the use of CNC machines for their manufacture. In addition to quality, we also supply individuality. The former as a company hallmark; the latter if you use a number of plastic, metal and wooden cores and a variety of bristle materials.
Punched brushes
Punched disc brushes are made to your specifications on CNC machines. In this way, it is possible to ensure the required processing reliability to the utmost extent.
Our punched brushes stand out by virtue of their flexibility. They are economically made in diameters from 40 mm to 250 mm. Larger sizes can be supplied to order, while for smaller sizes we use cup brushes or end brushes.
Encapsulated brushes
For our encapsulated brushes, we use special synthetic resins to anchor the bristles to the disc. In this way, it is possible to make particularly dense, aggressive disc brushes with a variety of body materials.
Encapsulated disc brushes can be made with all-over bristles, clusters of bristles or sloping bristles (axial or radial).
