Diamond pipe brushes are steel wire brushes, with electrodeposited diamond grit, which will tackle any type of drill hole. Also suitable for hardened materials.
The most popular applications for diamond pipe brushes occur in the engine manufacturing industry, where they are used in particular for deburring coolant and oil ducts. They are also commonly used in the production of hydraulic components. If a shaft extension is fitted, they can be adapted to any purpose. Surface quality should not play any role in the use of diamond pipe brushes.
Due to their prolonged durability, electrodeposited diamond circular brushes are economical all-rounders when it comes to lightly rounding edges, removing persistent burrs or carrying out surface treatments.
With a choice of plastic materials from Shore 25 (soft) to Shore 95 (hard), in combination with the respective grade of wire and diamond coating, we supply these brushes for a considerable range of uses.
Diamond ball-type deburring tools are particularly suitable for tough, hard materials and for use in areas which are difficult to get at, such as drill hole intersections. Ball diameters of e.g. 1.8 mm - 12 mm are possible. Special purpose diamond tools can be supplied to order.
