Shaft-mounted circular brushes
Shaft-mounted circular brushes with crimped or stainless steel bristles, abrasive bristles or wire bristles encapsulated in plastic (vulcanised) are all-round tools suitable for hand-held grinders and CNC machines. They can be used to treat surfaces and holes.
They are supplied as standard with a 6 mm shaft, bristle depths from 4 mm to 25 mm and diameters from 20 mm to 80 mm. Non-standard sizes are available to order.
Single disc brushes
If brushes with the maximum possible bristle density are required, HK single disc brushes are unbeatable. Available as a single disc or combined as a package (cylinder), they can be used for a variety of purposes calling for the highest possible bristle density and can be fitted with all the commonly used bristle materials.
These brushes are particularly suitable for roughing and deburring and for the removal of oxide films and paints. Standard dimensions: diameter 80-300 mm, depth 10-25 mm
Plastic encapsulated circular brushes
Plastic encapsulated circular brushes are wire brushes vulcanised in plastic and come in a variety of Shore hardnesses and grades of wire, depending on the intended application.
Suitable for use in situations with defined working widths, such as descaling welded seams. Plastic Shore hardnesses from 25 to 95.
